Welcome to the first posting of Sandy's Paper Cuts. I discovered scrapbooking and card making several years ago but  I find I enjoy making cards more than I do scrapbooking so that's where I spend most of my time.

This blog came into about as a way to keep myself "honest - If I commit in writing, I have to do it.   As I was staring off into space  for a large hit of "inspiration" (ever have one of those dry spells), I saw the shelf holding all my Cricut cartridges and I had an "aha" moment!  I decided I would make at least one card from every Cricut cartridge I own.  After some quick calculations I figure that if I do three a week - and NEVER buy another cartridge (like that's going to happen!) - I should finish my project by the end of 2012.

In addition to Cricut cartridges, I love to use SVG's from other sources including SVG Cuts, Lettering Delights and ScrapFonts among others. And don't forget all those generous people who make their own designs and offer them for free or at a minimal cost - I'm a big fan of theirs, too.  So interspersed with the Cricut cuts will be cuts from other sources.  But to be fair, I won't be counting them as Cricut projects.

So, starting with "A" . . .
